U16/U18
About the U16/U18 COMPETITIVE Program
Racers at this stage are focused on refining their technique and tactics through training and competition opportunities. We hope to offer a program that can maximize these opportunities!
We know that many of our athletes at this stage have also transitioned to coaching, so we offer a flexible training schedule that meets the needs of training, coaching, and of course educational pursuits.
We are thrilled to announce that our U teams ski racing program is expanding from 8 weeks to 9 this season! This extra week on snow means more time to fine-tune technique, build race-day confidence, and develop stronger athletes. With additional time for personalized coaching, athletes will benefit from more consistent progress and a deeper connection to the sport.
To participate in the program, families are to rent a team jacket. At registration, we will collect a deposit. When the jacket is returned in good condition at the end of the year, families will be refunded their deposit portion of the fee. If families already own a jacket from previous seasons they are not required to rent.
