Boot Camp

Looking to get fit, while having fun? Join the Boler Boot Camp! The Boler Boot Camp will start in July and run for 8 weeks throughout the summer. Boot Camp classes will take place outside in the beautiful surroundings at Boler Mountain.  Classes will be lead by certified fitness instructors. Participants are asked to bring their own mat and towel. We will be offering a Boot Camp Pass, that allows you participate in all Boot Camp classes offered during the 8 week program. If you can't commit to a pass, you can drop-in to classes whenever you'd like!

Classes will be offered 3 times a week, with both beginner and advanced classes. Boot Camp is open to participants age 12 years and up.

Boot Camp Class Schedule:

  • Monday Beginner Class..........5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Monday Advanced Class.........6:45pm-7:45pm
  • Thursday Beginner Class........5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Thursday Advanced Class.......6:45pm-7:45pm
  • Friday Open Class..................5:30pm-6:30pm

 

Boot Camp Pass (Allows you access to all classes within the 8 week session) $99 +HST

Drop-In Class - $12 +HST

  • Hey! My name is Emma! I’m so excited to start here at Boler Mountain as your new Boler Boot Camp fitness instructor! I have been working at Goodlife fitness for the past 3 years and fitness is my passion. I love meeting new people and helping them reach their fitness goals. A little bit more about me, I'm currently in school at Lambton College to become a paramedic. I’ve always put 100% into everything I do and I love creating amazing experiences for the people around me.
