Boler Mountain Employment Opportunities

Boler Mountain is holding it’s annual job fair for the 2025-2026 winter season on Wednesday, November 5 from 5:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday, November 8, from 11:00am-2:00pm. The event will take place at Boler Mountain. This year you must have a booked interview time, no walk-ins allowed.

Maximum of 2 department interview bookings.  Applicants for all departments must be 16 years of age or older.

All Positions for the upcoming winter season are filled from the job fair. Please bring your resume and reference letters with you, as you will speak directly with the supervisor of the department for which you are applying.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available

  • Outside Operations (Must be 16 years of age as of Dec. 1, 2025)
  • Rental Shop
  • Customer Service
  • Food & Beverage - Limited positions may be available for 15 years of age

Snow School will not be hiring from the Job Fair.
Snow School Open House - New applicants only - Certified CSIA, PSIC or CASI Instructors and Volunteers.

All successful applicants for all departments require a Police Vulnerable Sector Check. If 18 years of age or older, please apply at your local law enforcement agency before you can be employed.
