At this time of the year the Nominating Committee of the Boler Mountain Board of Directors accepts expressions of interest for future involvement with the Board of Directors.

At the Annual General Meeting on September 18th, 2024 there will be two positions on the Board of Directors available for a three-year period ending September 2027.

Voting Members are encouraged to submit qualified candidates for possible nomination and election to the Board. Criteria for nomination must include corporate and community leadership experience, governance competency, an understanding and passion for Boler Mountain and its vision and mission, and the ability to serve and commit to the work of the Board (board meetings are currently held monthly on Wednesday evenings). All names put forward for these positions, must be received at the offices of Boler Mountain no later than June 30, 2024.

Boler Mountain has a directors' Nominating Committee which makes a preliminary assessment of each proposed nominee based upon his or her resume and biographical information, the individual's willingness to serve as a director, and other background information. This information is evaluated against the criteria described above and the specific needs of the Corporation at the time. Based upon a preliminary assessment of the candidate(s), those who appear best suited to meet the needs of the Corporation may be invited to participate in a series of interviews, which are used as a further means of evaluating potential candidates. On the basis of information learned during this process, the members of the Nominating Committee will determine which nominee(s) they will recommend for election to the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee will use the same process for evaluating all nominees, regardless of the original source of the nomination.

Boler is an equal opportunity organization committed to diversity and inclusion and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic including Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran status and are pleased to consider all qualified applicants. To that end, upon request, Boler will ensure, to the extent possible, that accommodation be made available to applicants throughout the recruitment process.
